This was a poster to encourage citizens of Newark, Delaware to have their photo taken to be included in the book celebrating the 250th birthday of the city.
The small card was a letterpressed (four runs) card which was given to each person. The cards were numbered from 1 - 3450 as a keepsake marking their place in the line.
12 copies were set aside to be included with the deluxe-bound copies of the book.
