A nice thing that you can do with letterpress is partner with people. This piece was to help raise money through the “Writers At The Beach: Pure Sea Glass” writing conference, which donated 100% of the net profit to the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation.

Delaware Poet Laureate Fleda Brown granted use of the poem entitled "A Few Lines from Rehoboth Beach." We glued torn pieces of paper to the base and overprinted both with the poem. The intent was to have the added paper give the appearance of sand dunes.
